| 上海富民专修学院建校于2004年，坐落于中国上海市徐汇区，是由上海市徐汇区教育局批准并正式登记注册的民办学院。由上海进贤教育投资管理有限公司和上海新朋程信息科技有限公司共同举办。 学院院长朱君玉，曾担任上海国际问题研究所直属机构上海东方人才交流有限公司董事和总经理。目前也是上海进贤教育投资管理有限公司执行董事兼总经理、上海浦东新区民办紫华中意幼儿园理事长。 学院拥有一支强大的专家顾问团，汇集了原上海市高教局副局长伍贻康，原上海市评估院院长金同康，原上海国际问题研究所副所长朱马杰等一大批专家及各专业领域的特级教师，为“富民学院”办学和发展起到方向性的指导作用。 学院秉承 “学以致用、向社会培养操作性人才”为办学理念。以学习、见习、就业三位一体为办学特色。探索工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式。坚持走理论与实践相结合的路线；坚持走课程设置与社会需求人才相匹配的路线；坚持走规范管理与自主学习相结合的路线，在学科建设、人才培养、师资队伍建设、教学科研等各方面都取得了显著成绩，多次被沪上知名媒体报道，并通过了各种不同类型的教育评估，取得了较好的社会效益，赢得了良好的口碑。 学院设有学前教育、小学教育、艺术设计、社会工作与管理、商务管理、金融管理、国际贸易、行政管理、机械制造及自动化、项目管理、市场营销、采购与供应商管理、室内设计、建筑工程管理、物流管理等15个专科和本科专业。同时学院有出国留学培训以及幼儿教师资格培训等服务。 学院教学设施先进、配套齐全。拥有完善的校园网、图书馆、阶梯教室、多媒体教室、语音教室、标准化运动场、体育艺术活动中心、学生公寓和学生餐厅等现代化生活服务设施。 十年来，学校在培养人才、服务社会方面为国家作出重要贡献。“富民”师生谨记“尚德尚学、陶冶成器”的校训，严守“文明、健康、团结、奋发”的校风，解放思想，锐意进取，谋求创新，立志为国家的建设和发展，社会的文明和进步作出贡献。 Shanghai Fumin College of Continuing Education was founded in 2004, located in Xuhui District in Shanghai, approved and registered by Shanghai Xuhui Education Bureau. It is jointly operated by Shanghai Jinxian Education Investment Management Ltd and Shanghai Xin Pengcheng InfoTech Ltd. Zhu Junyu, the principal, who once served as director and general manager of the Shanghai Institute of International Institutions under the Shanghai Oriental Talent Exchange Co. Ltd. At present, she is executive director and general manager of Shanghai Jinxian Education Investment Management Ltd and director of Zihua Zhongyi Kindergarten of Shanghai Pudong District. The college has a group of expert consultants including Wu Yikang, former deputy director of Shanghai Education Bureau, Jin Tongkang, former president of Shanghai City Assessment Institute, Zhu Majie, former deputy director of the Shanghai Institute of International Study and a large number of experts and teachers from professional fields who guide for education and development of Fumin College. Adhering to the idea of "Apply what we learn into the practice and cultivate the operational personnel", the college explores the training model of the combination of work and study, school enterprise cooperation in personnel based on characteristic of study, internship and working.
