机构介绍
| 中国策划学院是由国际智业集团投资创办并在中华人民共和国香港特别行政区登记注册的教育机构，是中国第一家专业从事策划人才培养、学术研究、教学交流、企业服务、市场开发和策划咨询的权威机构，是中国策划人开展理论研究、实践探索、学术交流、服务企业的最佳平台。中国策划学院目前已在美国、香港、北京、广州、上海、成都、河南、重庆、贵州、云南、厦门、陕西、浙江、海南、河北、山西、山东、吉林、西藏等地设立了分支机构与合作机构。中国策划学会和中国策划学院是目前国内唯一出台《策划师资格认证标准》和《策划师资格认证工作规程》的机构，其认证体系受国家知识产权保护（2005-A-03785号文）。 中国策划学院下设学术委员会、资质认证评审委员会（策划师资格认证中心）、教学部、培训部、科研部、项目部、市场部、《策划人》杂志社、中国策划人才网、中国策划专家团等十多个部门。 中国策划学院学术资质等级依次分为：教授、副教授；研究员、副研究员；客座教授、客座副教授；客座研究员、客座副研究员；高级策划师、策划师、助理策划师；其中高级策划师、策划师由中国策划学院资质认证评审委员会（策划师资格认证中心）培训考核后认证，副教授、教授；客座副教授、客座教授；副研究员、研究员；客座研究员、客座副研究员由中国策划学院学术委员会聘任。目前受聘的各类教学、研究和策划专家200多人。 中国策划学院拥有强大的策划专家团队，其中有国内一流的策划家何明志、孙德禄、崔秀芝、赵强、陈惠湘、李光斗、姚建伟、艾丰、雷鸣雏、苏沛德、陈放、叶茂中、王克、郑建平、罗立、王志刚、梁中国、朱玉童、章琦、王建中、万力、王蔚炜、张贵雨、齐大辉、年小山、王鼎、赵德荣、朱耿洲、杨克强、周西平、朱宝宗、谢建新、李金书、杨继瑞、邱建、蔡苏、李能发、朱耿洲、李持坤、沈骏、王慎照、彭忠、黄蔷等人。有国外著名的策划专家莱因哈特?施尔顿、James Sampson、科思特、尤加丽增、唐方方、宋立刚等人。每年为数百家企业实施策划，为社会创造经济价值超1000多亿元；每年为社会培训策划师2000多人，为社会开办各类讲座上百场次。 The Chinese Institute of Strategic Planning The Chinese Institute of Strategic Planning was created with investment from the International Wit Group Limited and is a registered academic institution in the Hong Kong SAR. It is the first institute in China to be dedicated solely to the training of talented planning personnel, academic research, teaching exchanges, commercial services, market development, and strategic planning consulting. It is the best platform in China for those involved in strategic planning to develop new theoretical research, explore practical research, engage in academic discussions, and work on commercially oriented projects. Under the guidance and support of the International Wit Group, the Chinese Institute of Strategic Planning is devoted to introducing advanced planning theories and methods from Europe and America as well as Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao and combining them the practical experience of China’s Reform and Opening, thereby creating a ideology of strategic planning with “Chinese characteristics.” In particular we hope to directly undertake a wide variety of strategic planning projects, further train and mold a team of professional planning experts, and establish an academic and practical base with “Chinese characteristics.” The Chinese Institute of Strategic Planning is composed of an academic committee, a talent authentication evaluation committee (qualification authentication center for planners), a members’ department, training department, scientific research department, project department, marketing department, a publishing house for Strategic Planner Magazine, China’s Talented Planners Web, and China’s expert strategist team. In total it is made up of ten large institutions and more than thirty different departments. The Chinese Institute of Strategic Planning’s different grades of academic qualification are as follows: academician, professor, assistant professor, researcher, assistant researcher, guest professor, guest assistant professor, guest researcher, guest assistant researcher, high-level planner, planner, and assistant planner. Among them the high-level planners and regular planners are determined through a training assessment given by the talent authentication evaluation committee (qualification authentication center for planners). Assistant professors, professors, researchers, assistant researchers, guest professors, guest assistant professors, guest researchers, guest assistant researchers, and academicians are appointed by the academic committee of the Chinese Institute of Strategic Planning. Currently, over two hundred experts involved in teaching, researching, and planning have been appointed. Every year we conduct strategic planning services for over a hundred different companies. Our projects have created over 100 billion yuan (RMB) worth of economic value.
